Return Policy
The return conditions apply to all items purchased at knielsports.com or through Kniel retail stores and proof of purchase must be presented when making your return request, within the return period.
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. if the products are defect or the size is not fit to you, you are entitled to exchange those items within 6 days of receipt (as long as stock is available or you can choose other design), excluding sale items.
Goods must be returned “as-new”, in a saleable condition, be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
